Refund and Cancellation Policy


At Nafea Learning Academy, we are committed to delivering the highest quality educational experience. To maintain fairness and transparency for all our students and ensure smooth operations, we have established the following Refund and Cancellation Policy:  


1. Refund Policy

  • Once a payment has been processed for any of our courses (live or recorded), placement tests, or trial sessions, all sales are final.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations, non-attendance, or withdrawal from courses after payment is completed.
  • We encourage all prospective students to take advantage of our free trial sessions and free placement tests before enrolling in any paid program.


2. Course Cancellation by Nafea Learning Academy

In rare cases where a course must be canceled by Nafea Learning Academy due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered:

  • The option to transfer to another course, or
  • A full credit that can be used toward another course within one year.

3. Student Rescheduling

  • Students enrolled in live courses who need to reschedule must contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and approval with paying if the student needs another session. Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.

4. Special Offers and Promotions

    • Please note that discounts, promotional offers, and special course packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
